At American Focus Care, we want ensure that our clients are receiving the safest, most appropriate and compassionate services available. To be considered for the opportunity to join our team, we require our prospective caregivers to undergo a very comprehensive background check including a fingerprint clearance by the Arizona Department of Safety. A check with cps/aps registry is also conducted, as well as an article 9 certification. Additionally our caregivers are required to be bonded and insured. Each caregiver is certified in their respective speciality area of care and we evaluate their skill set. CPR/first aid certification is also a must.

    • I declare that I will not discuss Agency or personal matters with client and keep professional attitude at all time and (No call or No show) is not permitted. Employee must report to the Agency program manager and the client 24 hrs before absence or might lead to disciplinary action or termination.
